Project Manager Maritime & Defence
Do you enjoy leading technical projects where electrical engineering and automation meet the maritime world? As Project Manager Maritime & Defence, you bring people, planning and technical requirements together to deliver solutions that work in practice.
You will manage projects with a high degree of responsibility and work closely with clients and technical specialists. The projects are varied, the lines of communication are short and your decisions have a visible impact.

The role is based in the Netherlands, with occasional visits to clients and project locations. We will share more information about the organisation and location during the recruitment process.
Vacancy information
- Managing technical projects from initial requirements through delivery
- Defining project scope, schedules, budgets and deliverables
- Coordinating engineers, suppliers and other project stakeholders
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients
- Monitoring progress, quality, costs and risks, and managing changes where needed
- Ensuring a well-organised handover and successful project completion

What do you need
You are a hands-on Project Manager who understands technology, takes ownership and communicates clearly with clients and engineers.
- A technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least five years of experience managing electrical or automation projects
- Strong planning, budgeting and team coordination skills
- Professional English; Dutch is an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally and obtain a Dutch Certificate of Conduct (VOG) if required
