Service Engineer - Yachts (Spain)
For an international company active in the luxury yacht industry, we are looking for Service Engineers to support yacht service and maintenance activities in Spain.

The position is based in Spain, with activities at different yacht and service locations depending on operational requirements
Vacancy information
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and improving technical systems onboard luxury yachts. You will work primarily in Spain, supporting yachts at different locations, with occasional international travel depending on service requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on board yachts.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic technical issues.
- Carry out repairs, replacements, modifications, and system upgrades.
- Support commissioning and testing of onboard equipment when required.
- Coordinate technical activities with colleagues, suppliers, and other service partners.
- Communicate directly with yacht owners, crew members, and other client representatives.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation of completed work.

What do you need
- Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
- Previous experience in yacht service, marine engineering, shipbuilding, field service, or maintenance of complex technical installations.
- Good understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
- Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for technical interventions.
- Professional communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel within Spain and occasionally internationally.
