Function

As Director of Yacht Production, you will lead the complete shipyard operation, from planning and production to quality and delivery. You will build and manage a high-performing team, implement lean manufacturing principles, and drive continuous improvement to support international expansion.

Specific duties in this role include:

• Lead and inspire production teams to deliver world-class yachts, on time and to the highest standards.
• Introduce lean, scalable production systems and ensure operational excellence.
• Drive efficiency, quality, and cost performance across all departments.
• partner with engineering, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare the shipyard for future growth and international market expansion.

Requirements

We’re looking for a driven, hands-on leader with a strong background in yacht manufacturing. You combine deep technical expertise with a strategic mindset and the ability to scale production within an international environment.

• 5+ years in yacht or shipbuilding management.
• Proven experience in scaling operations.
• Knowledge of composite or aluminium yacht production.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are an advantage.

We offer a competitive net salary of €8,750 to €10,000 per month, excellent health insurance, and full relocation support to Jeddah.
