Piping Specialist

Function
- Act as the central technical expert for piping systems and advise colleagues and customers
- Develop and manage knowledge on materials, standards, innovations and best practices
- Calculate project costs and provide technical input for accurate quotations
- Design and optimise piping systems for maritime, offshore, defence, superyachts, hydraulics and alternative fuels
- Analyse project data to establish benchmarks and norms for future calculations
- Manage product and component data and contribute to technical innovations in factory and installation processes
- Review new projects, determine execution strategies and collaborate closely with engineering, procurement and production teams
- Work together with other piping specialists to share knowledge and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Strong command of both Dutch and English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in piping, mechanical systems or related engineering fields
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems or alternative fuels is a plus
- Experience with cost estimations, calculations or data analysis
- Innovative, analytical and strong communicator
- Proactive mindset with passion for continuous improvement

Offer
- Annual salary ranges from approximately €55,000 to €84,000 plus 8% holiday allowance
- 40 paid days off per year (full-time), with the option to buy or sell additional days
- Profit-sharing bonus based on company performance
- Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre on office days
