3D Structural Designer (€70K/year)

Are you a hands-on 3D engineer with a passion for building luxury yachts? Join a world-class shipyard and help bridge the gap between engineering and production.

Function

In this role, you’ll be responsible for translating 3D designs into buildable structures — and ensuring alignment between engineering and production throughout the construction process.

  • Create and refine 3D models and structural drawings using Siemens NX
  • Check if production matches the engineering models – and vice versa
  • Support the yard team with clear, practical technical input
  • Ensure manufacturability and compliance with class and project standards
  • Solve technical issues during the construction phase

Requirements

  • BSc Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture
  • 3 years of experience in shipbuilding Engineering
  • Knowledge of structural design, hull construction, and outfitting
  • Experience with Siemens NX or Cadmatic
  • Fluent in English
