3D Structural Designer (€70K/year)
Are you a hands-on 3D engineer with a passion for building luxury yachts? Join a world-class shipyard and help bridge the gap between engineering and production.
Function
In this role, you’ll be responsible for translating 3D designs into buildable structures — and ensuring alignment between engineering and production throughout the construction process.
- Create and refine 3D models and structural drawings using Siemens NX
- Check if production matches the engineering models – and vice versa
- Support the yard team with clear, practical technical input
- Ensure manufacturability and compliance with class and project standards
- Solve technical issues during the construction phase
Requirements
- BSc Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture
- 3 years of experience in shipbuilding Engineering
- Knowledge of structural design, hull construction, and outfitting
- Experience with Siemens NX or Cadmatic
- Fluent in English
