Electrical Hardware Engineer – Systems (Marine)

Function

You define system requirements and interfaces, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, determine required materials and prepare production documentation.

Specific duties in this role include:

• Translating customer requirements and technical specifications into integrated electrical designs;
• Defining system requirements and interface specifications;
• Coordinating interfaces with subcontractors, suppliers and clients;
• Determining required materials and preparing production documentation;
• Monitoring progress and identifying integration risks at an early stage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering;
• Experience as a Hardware Engineer, preferably within shipbuilding or maritime projects;
• Strong knowledge of onboard electrical systems and system integration;
• Clear communication skills towards colleagues, clients and suppliers;
