Function
You define system requirements and interfaces, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, determine required materials and prepare production documentation.
Specific duties in this role include:
- Translating customer requirements and technical specifications into integrated electrical designs;
- Defining system requirements and interface specifications;
- Coordinating interfaces with subcontractors, suppliers and clients;
- Determining required materials and preparing production documentation;
- Monitoring progress and identifying integration risks at an early stage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering;
- Experience as a Hardware Engineer, preferably within shipbuilding or maritime projects;
- Strong knowledge of onboard electrical systems and system integration;
- Clear communication skills towards colleagues, clients and suppliers;
