Our client is an international contractor specialized in the execution of large-scale and technically complex offshore projects.

As Tender Manager, you will be responsible for managing tender opportunities for offshore projects within the APAC region.
You will coordinate the tender process from the initial opportunity through to proposal submission and commercial negotiations, working closely with technical, operational and commercial teams.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing and coordinating international tender processes.
- Developing commercial opportunities and maintaining relationships with clients and business partners.
- Coordinating technical and commercial input for tender proposals.
- Overseeing project planning, cost estimates and commercial offers.
- Identifying project and commercial risks.
- Supporting client discussions and contract negotiations.
- Ensuring a smooth transition from tender to project execution.

Wat heb je nodig
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience within the offshore, marine or energy industry.
- Experience in tendering, commercial management or business development for complex technical projects.
- Strong commercial awareness combined with technical understanding.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Willingness to travel internationally, particularly within the APAC region.
