Function

As a Project Engineer Mechanical, you’ll play a crucial role in developing latest piping systems for superyachts, contributing to the creation of luxury vessels. No two projects are alike, offering unique challenges and opportunities for innovation. As a Project Engineer, you’ll lead technical guidance for assigned projects, coordinating engineering efforts and ensuring seamless progress under the supervision of the Project Manager. Your role encompasses both managerial and hands-on engineering tasks. Drawing on your expertise, you’ll use advanced 3D engineering tools to design pipework for various yacht components, including engine rooms, ventilation systems, and sanitary facilities.

Requirements

  • A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, along with substantial work experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD applications, with familiarity with Cadmatic being beneficial.
  • Strong operational management skills and excellent communication abilities in both Dutch and English.
  • A collaborative approach to teamwork, coupled with creativity and a willingness to explore innovative solutions.
