Purchase Support Engineer

Function

We are looking for a candidate who will focus on developing purchase processes supported by Head of Purchase department and general manager.

Responsibilities:

• Developing the internal purchase processes.
• Organizing suppliers in smart supply chain software and away from Excel.
• Creating support and a joint commitment for this change.
• Data improvement.
• Build lasting relationships with suppliers.
• Collaboration on certificates and expediting shipments.

Requirements

• BSc in business engineering, commercial or technical direction.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Interested in improving business processes based on data and smart software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels.
• Living in Rotterdam area.
• English on professional level, being able to speak Dutch would have the preference.
