Service Engineers, Yachts (Spain, France)

For a leading shipyard in the luxury yacht sector, we are looking for Service Engineers who will be responsible for keeping premium yachts in perfect condition worldwide.

Function

As a Service Engineer, you ensure that top-class yachts operate safely, reliably, and at peak technical performance. You work both at the shipyard and on-site with clients around the globe. You are the first technical point of contact, performing maintenance, solving issues, and implementing upgrades.

• Perform maintenance and repair work both at the yard and on customer locations in France and Spain (Port Grimaud, Ibiza, Mallorca, Marbella)
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Install upgrades, new systems, and technical improvements on board.
• Communicate with clients professionally, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate service records.

Requirements

• Technical education in Electrical, Mechanical, or similar technical field.
• Experience in yacht service, marine systems, or comparable technical installations.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for high-end technology.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel and support clients worldwide.
• Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.

Offer

• Salary range up to 51K annual gross, depending on experience.
• A one-year contract with the intention to extend.
