Software Engineer C++

Function
As a C++ Software Engineer, you will join a multidisciplinary software development team focused on creating industrial control systems, simulation platforms, hydrographic applications and dynamic positioning software.
- Collaborate with the lead engineer to design and estimate your tasks
- Maintain and extend software applications, primarily written in C++
- Review and test code written by team members
- Support the product support team with troubleshooting and issue resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field
- You must already reside in the Netherlands
- Already living in the Netherlands
- Strong team player with a passion for software engineering
- Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, or C#
- Familiarity with object-oriented design and programming
- Experience with Visual Studio, version control systems, and TFS is a plus
- Detail-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English
