Engineer Special Engineering / Exterior (€69K/year)

Are you a hands-on engineer with a passion for high-end yacht building? In this role, you'll work on custom mechanical systems and exterior outfitting elements that make each vessel unique.

As a Engineer, you design and model special and exterior systems from folding stairs and boarding equipment to railings and deck features.

• Develop detailed 3D models and drawings for custom-built components
• Ensure designs meet class, flag, and internal standards
• Review manufacturability, tolerances, and onboard integration
• Coordinate with senior engineers, suppliers, and production teams
• Solve technical issues and contribute to high-quality project execution

• BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Yacht Engineering, or similar
• 2+ years of experience in yacht or shipbuilding engineering
• Proficiency in 3D AutoCAD; Siemens NX, Teamcenter, and/or Cadmatic preferred
• Understanding of hull construction and exterior outfitting
• Precise, proactive, and quality-focused
• Fluent in English
