Project Manager – Maritime Projects

Functie
You manage large, technically complex projects within the maritime sector, ranging from vessel conversions to newbuild projects. You are actively present on site and work closely with engineers, supervisors and technicians.
You coordinate planning, progress and budget, manage scope changes and act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Together with the Technical Project Manager and Production Supervisor, you form a strong and aligned project team.
Specific duties in this role include:
- Managing project planning, progress and forecasting
- Leading and motivating project teams
- Controlling scope changes and project risks
- Monitoring budgets and financial performance
- Acting as primary contact for stakeholders
Voorwaarden
- BSc or MSc level, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Automation
- Experience in a technical project-driven environment
- Project Management certificate (IPMA or Prince 2)
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- Analytical, proactive and result-oriented mindset
