Software Developer

Are you ready to design and build cutting-edge software solutions that power some of the most advanced engineering projects in Europe? For a client we are looking for a Software Developer. Salary up to €5400 gross per month.

Functie

As a Software Developer, you’ll be building the core application components and data interfaces that enable our teams to design and deliver cutting-edge projects in a highly innovative environment. Joining our Business Systems Team, you’ll collaborate closely with fellow developers, IT Architects, and Infra/Application Engineers to successfully implement complex technical solutions.

Key Accountabilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and enhancing robust application components, including Web APIs and microservices, using C# 12+, .NET 8+, and SQL.
• Applying SOLID Principles and Design Patterns, conducting thorough Code Reviews, and ensuring quality through Test Automation and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Contributing to CI/CD pipelines, using Docker for seamless deployments.
• Working with RESTful Web APIs, JSON, XML, and messaging systems such as Service Bus, AMQP, and RabbitMQ for efficient data exchange.
• Providing technical expertise to ICT, Business, and Security projects, collaborating closely with IT Architects, Engineers, and Information Managers.
• Monitoring and optimizing system performance with tools such as Kibana and Grafana.

Voorwaarden

Skills & Experience

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Management within naval, defense, shipbuilding, or similarly complex industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing techniques and processes, ideally in shipbuilding or heavy industry.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Assurance, Technical Business Administration, Maritime Technology, Shipbuilding, or an equivalent technical discipline.
• Proven expertise in conducting quality audits and managing supplier quality risks.
• Solid understanding of QA standards, with the ability to implement and improve them.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to supplier locations across Western Europe.
