Functie

We are looking for an experienced Inkoper to play a key role in coordinating the effective and efficient purchasing of technical outsourcing for the yacht construction projects. You’ll work across mechanical engineering, electrical, and construction disciplines, ensuring our yachts meet the highest standards. This role involves engagement from the early engineering phase to project completion, offering a dynamic experience.

Your tasks:

• Oversee projects as a procurement representative.
• Promptly source technical outsourcing for various construction phases.
• Exhibit strong negotiation skills with suppliers on commercial conditions.
• Maintain timely coordination with the Head of Procurement on procedures and agreements.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of specified goods and services.
• Request quotes based on purchasing specifications, determining supplier preferences.
• Identify and address deviations and risks in the procurement planning.
• Verify compliance with agreed delivery times and invoicing.
• Collaborate on strategic category management with stakeholders across the group.

Voorwaarden

• Extensive experience in supplier and relationship management, addressing bottlenecks and rejections.
• Technical knowledge, preferably in the metal industry or mechanical engineering.
• High standards for reliability, ease of use, and aftercare.
• Completed BSc education with NEVI I and II.
• Knowledge of the production process, products, and materials in ship and yacht construction.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
