Senior Electrical Engineer
Are you ready to apply your electrical expertise to the construction of world-class superyachts? We are looking for a Senior Engineer Electra to support the successful execution of electrical systems during the build phase.
Functie
As Senior Electrical Engineer, you are responsible for the quality and integration of electrical systems on board. You work closely with engineers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure everything is engineered correctly and can be built efficiently.
Your role will involve:
- Reviewing drawings, cable plans and schematics for feasibility and compliance
- Coordinating with production to ensure smooth installation on board
- Identifying technical issues and proposing solutions
- Ensuring output meets class, flag and client requirements
- Guiding engineers and supporting the Project Engineer
- Supporting as-built documentation and final reviews
Voorwaarden
- BSc working and thinking level
- 3+ years in electrical engineering within shipbuilding or yachts
- Strong knowledge of onboard electrical systems and routing
- Experience with AutoCAD and PLM tools like Teamcenter
- Fluent in English and confident in a multidisciplinary team
