Service Coordinator (maritime projects, 6 months)

Functie

As Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating relationship management with customers and agents regarding service activities. You will advise clients and anticipate technical developments.

Specific duties in this role include:

• Discussing the nature of the service activity, prices (materials/parts/hours), delivery times, and offering the right solutions.
• Determining the required materials and man-hours.
• Preparing quotations based on fixed prices (materials/parts/hours) and following them up when necessary.
• Creating orders in the ERP system and sending order confirmations.
• Preparing service work orders, planning them, and discussing them with the Service Engineers.
• Informing customers about the status of their service orders.
• Preparing and processing invoices.

Voorwaarden

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics & Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the maritime industry.
• Ability to work with various digital ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong planning and collaboration skills.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Already living in the Netherlands.
