Technical Requirements Specialist

Functie

This role involves joining the Requirements Management team, backing Systems Engineering projects. Your main job is to set up,
adjust, and look after the requirements model in DOORS. Assist your colleagues by teaching them how to use it, and making it
work better automatically. This means you’ll create different ways to
see the requirements status in DOORS, like lists and reports. You’ll
write scripts using DXL (DOORS Extension Language), which is similar to
C# or C++.

• Assist colleagues in using DOORS by answering questions and providing training.
• Create queries, views, dashboards, and reports to track requirement statuses.
• Ensuring the data model is up to date by liaising with Engineering teams and Project Managers.
• Creating regular and one-off dashboards, reports and queries in DOORS using DXL.
• Optimizing the delivery of up-to-date insights through automating queries and update processes.

Voorwaarden

• BSc or MSc in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Prior experience with DOORS or similar requirements management software.
• Project-based approach with ownership and responsibility.
• Familiarity with DXL, C-like syntax, or VBA is a plus.
• Proficiency in AGILE, SCRUM, and GITLAB or equivalent for version control.
• Characteristics: creative, precise, efficient, and collaborative in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Strong command of English, ideally Dutch.
• Ceative within your field, accurate, efficient, and capable of working in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Good command of the English language both verbal and written and ideally also Dutch.
