Technical Support Engineer

Functie
As Technical Support Engineer, you will be
in charge of supporting the installation, commissioning and servicing for the
existing or new installed measurement systems. You are responsible for advising
clients and anticipate on technical developments.
Specific duties in this role include:
- Determining systems performance and troubleshooting.
- Liaising with internal and external clients while working together with the service team.
- Participating in work meetings and proposing technical solutions.
- Reporting your progress and discussing ideas.
Voorwaarden
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Mechanics with an affinity for IT and network configurations.
- Having experience in the shipbuilding or ship repair can be a strong asset. Previous sailing experience is a plus.
- Being able to work independently and flexible to travel.
- Good command of English language, both written and spoken.
- Already living in the Netherlands, Rotterdam area.
