Project Planner (Primavera P6)

As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the construction of ships. Using Primavera P6, you will create and maintain detailed project schedules that guide the shipbuilding process from the design phase to production and final commissioning.

You will work closely with project managers, engineers, logistics teams, and subcontractors to ensure that all project activities are properly planned and executed. Your planning will help the team track progress, identify delays early and keep the project on schedule.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the main project schedule together with Project Managers, Team Leaders, and subcontractors.
• Plan and manage project activities and dependencies using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress and identify delays or bottlenecks in the schedule.
• Prepare progress reports and forecasts to support project decisions.
• Support multi-project planning, helping manage resources across several projects.
• Suggest improvements to solve planning issues and keep projects running smoothly.
• Work closely with engineering, IT, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
• Coordinate logistics activities to ensure materials and resources are available on time.
• Support discussions related to import/export requirements, incoterms, and customs processes.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project planning, preferably in shipbuilding or manufacturing.
• Experience working with Oracle Primavera P6.
• Ability to manage large and complex project schedules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
