(Junior) Piping Engineer Mechanical

Function

This opportunity involves playing a pivotal role in designing piping and ventilation systems for prestigious superyachts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing pipework for machine rooms, ventilation systems, and sanitary facilities using 3D engineering tools.
• Collaborating with technical experts to develop solutions tailored to the unique requirements of each project.
• Creating 3D models, diagrams, and detailed drawings to ensure the efficient integration of piping systems within the limited space of superyachts.
• Mastering the 3D drawing program Cadmatic through comprehensive onboarding program.
• Visiting construction sites to gain firsthand experience of the projects you’re contributing to.

Requirements

• Completed MBO education in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Basic experience with 2D and/or 3D CAD packages preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering results and quality.
