Supply Operations Coordinator

Function
In this role, you’ll take charge of the entire logistics process, focusing on optimizing efficiency, safety, and punctuality. As a proactive problem-solver, you’ll collaborate with various departments and external providers to ensure timely delivery of products and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the incoming and outgoing flow of goods.
- Prepare deliveries for aftercare providers, customers, and assembly departments across different locations.
- Conduct thorough checks on deliveries and report any discrepancies.
- Coordinate and arrange transportation of products.
- Drive continuous improvement of the logistics process.
- Maintain organization in the warehouse and shipping area.
- Maintain accurate records of all movements and manage inventory of consumables.
- Provide manual support for production when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Shipbuilding, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 0-5 years of work experience.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch.
- Strong team player with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and flexible.
